Seam Data Lab Subscription Terms

Subscription and renewal

Subscriptions renew for the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Prices, included capacity, add-ons, taxes, credits, and discounts are shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase. Cancel through Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise.

Billing recovery and access

Failed payments may receive the grace period configured for the workspace. After grace or when a subscription ends, users may sign in and read existing contacts and clients, but cannot modify records or use paid product actions until billing recovers.

Authorized use

You are responsible for authorized users, lawful data collection, outreach consent, suppression requests, identity-provider configuration, and the accuracy of information entered into the service. Do not use the service for unlawful discrimination, housing steering, harassment, or unauthorized access.

Product limits

Plan entitlements and capacity are enforced by the active subscription. Estimates, home values, equity figures, signals, and property data may be incomplete or delayed and are not appraisals, legal advice, tax advice, credit decisions, or guarantees of a transaction. Local market context and Signals coverage are available only where the underlying data has been certified, and the subscribed plan states what is included.

Data and security

Each party will follow the published Privacy Notice and, for brokerage customers processing personal data through Seam, the Data Processing Addendum. Security incidents and account misuse should be reported to [email protected].

Governing law

These terms are governed by Virginia law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory rights and remedies under the law of your state of residence that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
